Ultraviolet phosphor can be divided into inorganic phosphor and organic fluorescent invisible powder according to its source. Inorganic phosphor belongs to inorganic compound with fine spherical particles and easy dispersion, with 98% diameter of about 1-10U.
It has good solvent resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and high safety.
Heat resistance is also good, the maximum temperature of 600℃, suitable for all kinds of high temperature processing.
No color MIGRATION (MIGRATION), no pollution.
Non-toxic, it does not spill formalin when heated. It can be used for coloring toys and food containers.
The disadvantage is that the fluorescent color is not as bright as the organic phosphor, and the proportion of addition is higher.

The advantages of organic phosphors are very obvious: bright fluorescent color, less proportion, high brightness without hiding power, light penetration rate of more than 90%.
It has good solubility in organic solvents, all kinds of oil solvents can be dissolved, but the solubility is different, the use of different needs to be selected.
Disadvantage is that organic phosphors belong to the dye series, should pay attention to the color shift problem.
Due to poor weather resistance, other stabilizers should be added when used.
Heat resistance is not as good as inorganic phosphor, the highest resistance temperature is 200℃, suitable for high temperature processing within 200℃.
